- account information such as your Apple Sign In identifier, name, or email when provided;
- profile, couple, and invitation data needed to connect you with your partner;
- quiz answers, scores, completion history, and in-app interactions;
- purchase, entitlement, and subscription status information;
- technical information required for app reliability, fraud prevention, and notifications.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to:
- create and maintain your account;
- deliver quizzes, results, couple features, and premium access;
- sync data across devices and restore purchases;
- secure the service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures;
- improve product quality, performance, and user experience.
3. Service Providers
Vibecheck uses third-party infrastructure to operate the service. Based on the current app implementation, this includes providers such as Apple for authentication and in-app purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, Supabase for backend data storage and sync, and Vercel for hosting the legal pages.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that process data on our behalf, when needed to provide the service, comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the platform.
5. Data Retention
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.

You can manage subscription settings through Apple, and you may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information where required by applicable law. Rights available to you depend on your location.

Vibecheck is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If we learn that prohibited personal data has been collected from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, depending on where infrastructure providers operate. By using the service, you understand that these transfers may occur subject to applicable law.
