1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Vibecheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Vibecheck. If you use the app on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account. You must keep your device and authentication credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:
- attempting to access another user’s account or couple data without permission;
- reverse engineering, scraping, exploiting, or disrupting the app or backend systems;
- uploading unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content;
- using the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are offered through in-app purchases managed by Apple. Pricing, billing periods, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the purchase flow. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew according to Apple’s rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
6. Restores, Refunds, and Promotions
Prior purchases may be restored when available through Apple and the app’s restore purchase flow. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not directly by Vibecheck, unless otherwise required by law. Promotional offers may be limited, time-sensitive, or available only to certain users.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile information, answers, messages, and couple-related content. You grant Vibecheck a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, visual design, copy, software, trademarks, and other service materials are owned by Vibecheck or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying software.
9. Service Changes
Vibecheck may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms when the service changes or when required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Vibecheck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service is designed for entertainment, reflection, and relationship support purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or emergency advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibecheck and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Vibecheck may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or expose the service to abuse or legal liability.
